If you use our contact form we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send. We also record the date, your IP address and your browser type, solely to protect the form against spam and abuse.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or rent any data to anyone.
How we use it
Messages sent through this site are delivered by email to our team and stored in our inbox so that we can reply. We keep them only as long as needed to handle your enquiry.
Who can see it
Only staff and volunteers who need to respond to you. We do not share your details with third parties unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally compelled to.
Third parties
Videos on this site are hosted by YouTube and load only after you click a thumbnail. When a video plays, YouTube may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and access to submitted information is restricted to authorised staff. No online system can be perfectly secure, but we take reasonable and proportionate steps to protect what you send us.
